Today’s third “Honorable” mention is from Trainer Newfieesgirl3 (@rosemary_handy) in Mexico 🇲🇽! This postcard showcases a vibrant piece of street art located in Ajijic, Jalisco. It features a painted portrait of a woman’s face, primarily in shades of purple and pink, wearing a dark beanie or hat and a yellow hoop earring. The stylized script graffiti on the left spells out "SWOX". I can’t confirm if this is his, but there is a graffiti artist that goes by that tag by the name of David Weber (instagram.com/swox97?igsh=cm…). There is also text on the beanie, which I am confident is TDK or “Those Damn Kids” which is a legendary graffiti crew from Oakland California…I am fairly confident that this text is there in tribute. The overall style combines bold lettering with a colorful portrait, creating a powerful urban art statement.
