Given the plethora of bank scams like what @EmmelineHartley went thru, it's time @HSBC_UK @Barclays & others let *us* generate the code to quiz *them* whether they're real or not when they call. The consumer is a sitting duck; scammers have the upper hand. #fraud #safeaccountscam
