Also, if the Biden admin is serious about ending #Title42, it should issue that rulemaking on the ending of T42 that it has told courts it would do immediately. Time is a-wasting to get back to a functional asylum system where folks can be #SafeNotStranded ⏰

While the court’s order is a setback, it does not forbid the Biden Admin from following previous orders and using its discretion to keep new people out of #RemainInMexico and keep them #SafeNotStranded
