You realize this doesn’t help us figure out what to do right? How many units need to be rehabilitated? This isn’t how math works. You can’t just compare a total cost for one option versus the per unit cost of another option. Tells you nothing.

ICE is federal money!!! We are not getting that. I thought the $12 billion on hotel rooms 4 migrants well meaning but insane. That $ could’ve rehabbed what a half dozen nycha buildings ?

I’m sorry. That’s not right. ICE issue should. not b top priority . NYCHA should b. We hope the migrants get a break but we are not legally responsible- NYC legally & morally responsible to give NYCHA tenants a decent safe standard of living. That’s the minimum they deserve,
