We’re pleased to share the successful completion of a two-day Project Orientation & School Excellence Program for 25 newly onboarded government schools under the Quality Support Program in Bhinga, Shravasti district, Uttar Pradesh, conducted in collaboration with the State Education Department. Inaugurated by District Magistrate Shri Ashwini Kumar Pandey, the program focused on building project clarity, strengthening teamwork and leadership, and developing effective School Development Plans using SMART goals and SWOT analysis. Heads of schools also deliberated on ways to ensure students attend school with joy, while actively engaging parents and the community to contribute to overall school development.
