Science week got off to a great start with some Biology experiments in the lab at lunchtime Monday. 1st and 2nd Years participated in a heart dissection, investigating the factors necessary for Germination and to show the path of water through a plant. #Scienceweek2024

As part of #ScienceWeek2024, Alf the giant Newt paraded through Dublin city centre accompanied by drummers, stilted beacons and a cohort of fire performers. Created by @Macnas, Alf was inspired by the current conversations around climate change and habitat loss. #Regeneration

As part of #ScienceWeek2024 @liannequigley and I performed in Predictive Texts, as a Deaf Astronaut and EIH (Emergency Interpreting Hologram) in space. After the performance we had a discussion on AI. My costume was inspired by Theopolis. (Buck Rogers in the 25th Century)
