SIXTEEN YEARS OF TERE LIYE Taani and Anurag the love that defined an era Childhood promises heartbreak, separation, and a bond that even time couldn’t break. Still one of the most iconic love stories of Indian television. 🥀 Do you still remember their journey?

She thought it was just another day... until her brother walked in. ❤️🥹 After a long separation, emotions took over as she broke down in tears. Some bonds don't weaken with time—they only grow stronger.

and needing to be read carefully, still shows that God allows man to enjoy honest labor and simple gifts. “It is good and comely for one to eat and to drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labour” (Ecclesiastes 5:18). Paul told Timothy that God “giveth us richly all things to enjoy” (1 Timothy 6:17). That verse must not be twisted into worldliness, but it does show that God is not against all enjoyment. The Christian does not have to feel guilty for every lawful blessing, every wholesome laugh, every peaceful evening, every good meal, every beautiful song, every clean recreation, or every moment of rest. Legalism can make a man proud of being miserable. That is not holiness. Holiness is separation unto God, not the worship of gloom. But lawful enjoyment must remain in its place. The moment pleasure becomes master, it has moved from gift to idol. The Christian is not his own. “Ye are bought with a price” (1 Corinthians 6:20). That means even ordinary pleasures must submit to the ownership of Jesus Christ. The question is not merely, “Do I like this?” The question is, “Does my Lord approve of this?” A saved man has no right to build a private entertainment kingdom where Christ is not allowed to rule. If Jesus Christ bought the body, the eyes belong to Him. The ears belong to Him. The mind belongs to Him. The time belongs to Him. The heart belongs to Him. Enjoyment is not automatically sin, but enjoyment without lordship becomes dangerous. Chapter Two: The World Uses Entertainment To Disciple The Heart The second thing to understand is that the world uses entertainment to disciple the heart. This is where many Christians are dangerously naïve. They think they are only watching, listening, playing, or relaxing, but all the while their affections are being trained. Stories carry morals. Music carries spirit. Comedy carries values. Games can cultivate appetites. Social media can shape desires. Films can normalize sin. Shows can make rebellion look heroic and holiness look hateful. The world does not merely entertain; it catechizes. It teaches doctrine without calling it doctrine. It preaches sermons without pulpits. It evangelizes for the flesh while people sit there with popcorn in their hands. Romans 12:2 says, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Conformity often happens slowly. A Christian does not always wake up and decide to become worldly. He just keeps feeding on worldly things until his spiritual taste changes. Sin stops shocking him. Blasphemy becomes background noise. Immodesty becomes normal. Violence becomes amusing. Fornication becomes a storyline. Covetousness becomes aspiration. Pride becomes confidence. Witchcraft becomes fantasy. Mockery becomes humor. After a while, the Bible seems too sharp, preaching seems too serious, prayer seems too quiet, and holiness seems extreme. That is not entertainment staying neutral. That is discipleship. The Bible warns us that friendship with the world is spiritual adultery. “Know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God?” (James 4:4). That does not mean the Christian may never live in society, talk to lost people, understand culture, or enjoy any lawful earthly thing. It means the world system is hostile to God, and the Christian must not become fond of it. When entertainment makes you sympathize with what God condemns, laugh at what God hates, desire what God forbids, or mock what God calls holy, it is not harmless. It is training you. The heart follows what it feeds on. If you let the world preach to you long enough, do not be surprised when your affections start sounding like its converts. Chapter Three: The Eyes And Ears Must Be Guarded The Bible gives clear instruction about guarding what enters the heart through the eyes and ears. Psalm 101:3 says, “I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes.” That verse is plain enough for a child and sharp enough to cut through
