My ride for the day: delivering shingles for a neat widow lady (85 yrs old) who’s been taking care of her special needs grandson for the last 30 years (after his parents died). Her roof goes on on Friday. She’s ecstatic! Now she can pay her property taxes and get homeowners insurance reinstated (after having lost it earlier this year, in part due to the condition of her roof). LMU faculty and staff donated more than 500 toys to support local families in need. The toys, along with hundreds of youth t-shirts, went to CCM, the Lee County Department of Social Services, Pump Springs Baptist Church, and Servolution Health Services. bit.ly/41MdfuB

Excited for our upcoming National Serve Day, uniting with multiple churches across the US in collaboration with @HighlandsAL, @servolution & @ConvoyofHope! It's a great sight to see the dedication of these churches as they come together to make much of Jesus in their communities!

Thank you to Servolution Mainland for your work at Godard Park! Volunteers painted fences at the park, and the project was just one of many the group tackled. In total, 179 volunteers representing 12 local churches worked together on 10 projects across 3 cities.
