In QPR2 Beta 2, there's a new system property called 'euicc.seamless_transfer_enabled_in_non_qs' that controls whether eSIM profile transfers should be enabled when going through the standard SetupWizard.

Interesting - I didn't know OEMs could customize this screen. It seems OnePlus is recommending users install Spotify, through what's likely a partnership. (This is one of the final steps during the SetupWizard, where Play asks you to download additional [usually Google] apps.)

We've discovered and fixed some issues with our Setupwizard in combination with GApps. There will be a bugfix release later today that also includes fixed support for MicroG.
