Gavin Blakely Jones was arrested after a woman in the parking lot next to the McDonald’s near Disney World caught him masturbating right behind her car. He made eye contact with her before she drove off. When cops caught up with him, Jones lied and claimed he was just “scratching his pubic region” because of a medical issue.
