Spent a few days playing with ShinyProxy, a scalable way to host Shiny and other apps. Such a cool idea: A docker container (shiny server) is initiated for each user! Easily scale up and load balance using Docker Swarms across different computers. The app start-up time is a little slower. But I like the idea of containing each user session inside a container. Thanks to the suggestion by Rami Krispin! There are so many cool technologies that I had no idea they existed. shinyproxy.io/
