مشكلتك مش في المريضة اللي ما بتتكلمش مشكلتك في النظام اللي ما بيسمعش! هند بنت في عز شبابها عندها 27 سنة ما بتتكلمش من وهي عندها 3 سنين واتعلمت لغة الإشارة وبقت شاطرة في التعبير عن نفسها من غير ما تنطق كلمة النهارده كانت رايحة تكشف عند دكتورة نساء في مستشفى معروفه في جدة عشان كان عندها وجع في البطن وتأخير في الدورة وخوف من تشخيص صعب دخلت عند الاستقبال وكتبت بياناتها على الورقة ورفعت إيدها بالإشارة: (أنا مش بقدر أتكلم ممكن تساعديني؟) الموظفة بصت لها وقالتلها بصوت عالي قدام الكل: “هو في إيه؟ إنتي مش هتردي؟ بتستعبطي؟!” ضحك خفيف ونظرات من الناس حوالينها ومفيش مترجم ومفيش لافتة ومفيش أي وسيلة تواصل غير الكلام بعد شوية نادوا باسمها مرة واحدة بصوت خافت ومافيش تنبيه على الشاشة هند ما سمعتش. وفجأة قالولها: (إنتي ما بترديش ليه؟ الدور عدى خلاص!) دخلت العيادة متأخرة وحاولت تشرح للدكتورة بإيدها والدكتورة كانت كويسه بس قالتلها بكل طيبة: (أنا نفسي أساعدك، بس للأسف مش فاهمة!) هند خرجت وهي مسكة بطنها مش بس من الوجع لكن كمان من الإحراج وجع الإهمال بيجرح أكتر من وجع المرض الأرقام ما بتكدبش: - أكتر من 1.5 مليار شخص حول العالم عندهم ضعف سمع - في السعودية، حوالي 10% من السكان بيعانوا من إعاقة سمعية بدرجات مختلفة - أقل من 15% من المستشفيات بتوفر وسيلة تواصل فعالة لأصحاب الهمم WHO & Saudi Medical Journal طيب فين الحل؟ مش لازم نكون عباقرة تكنولوجيا علشان نحترم المريض بس لازم نكون بني آدمين 1- تطبيق حجز ذكي يسمح للمريض يحدد طريقة التواصل المفضلة (إشارة – كتابة – مترجم). 2- مترجم فيديو بلغة الإشارة أونلاين أو على شاشات العيادات (زي Ava أو SignLive). 3- شاشة انتظار تفاعلية تعرض رقم الدور أو الاسم بلون أو رمز مرئي مش بس صوت 4- تدريب سريع لموظفين الاستقبال والمواعيد والتمريض وللأطباء وللكل في أساسيات لغة الإشارة فن التعامل الإنساني 5- أيقونة أصحاب الهمم داخل النظام الطبي (HIS) بمجرد دخول المريض للنظام يظهر للموظف تنبيه: (مريض من أصحاب الهمم – طريقة تواصل: لغة الإشارة) علشان تبقى كل نقطة تلامس فيها احترام المريضة مش دايمًا بتشتكي من المرض أوقات بتشتكي من اللي بيشوفها “حالة صامتة” مش إنسانة سؤالي ليك: هل المستشفى أو السيستم اللي شغالين عليه جاهز يسمع اللي مش بينطق؟ ولا لسه إحنا محتاجين “إعادة تأهيل رقمية” للإنسانية؟ اكتبلي موقف او فكرة أو مبادرة شفتها يمكن تكون هي البداية لتغيير حقيقي
