Do we think Qifrey was dreaming almost the whole time about Olruggio bc he could feel his presence and the presence of his magic, and it soothed him (The silvertree wouldn't sprout bc his body was in constant physical pain so his mind could've roam freely into good memories)

I still can't quite put it into words, but I believe the silvertree represents something different for Qifrey and Coustas, but both stem from trauma, resulting in the difficulty of living peacefully in their own skin.
