I understand real estate and it's complicated. But this isn't SFA @SixFlags. This is a beautiful maintained and tight property and @SantaClaraCity wants it.
The strongest part in both design and ride offering is the north section.
As I previously wrote, I think there's a best of both worlds solution where a LIVE-esque entertainment district that supports the @49ers. Keeps the plaza the fountains, the carousel, the swings, the also rare obervation tower (Yo, Intamin). The New Orleans Place midway to be infilled with more Micheladas. An under utilized amphitheatre event space. The two best coasters in the park. Maybe @Prologis can have their cake and eat it too.
Or not, stop lazily ordering everything off line and we can keep the whole park. Come together right now.

Turn the front portion of @SixFlags @CAGreatAmerica into an open FEC and Entertainment District that supports @LevisStadium
Keep the front historic double decker Carousel entrance of the park along with the front midway and the park’s two best roller coasters: Gold Striker and Flight Deck.
The amphitheater can be expanded into a mixed-use entertainment venue and the area infilled with new larger dining venues much like similar complexes successfully implemented adjacent to sport’s stadiums all over the country (St. Louis, Philadelphia) to be operated in conjunction with the @49ers.
The rest of the site can be turned into the inevitable @Prologis distribution needs with plenty to spare.
*This is a realistic expectation scenario, understanding the park can’t live. Everyone wins.

The oasis that is @CAGreatAmerica Respite from the corporate world. Connecting to the mountains and forgetting everything in between from the top of the Grizzly.
The first thing you See is the Carousel turning around and round. The fountains and the patriotic bi-centennial frieze. Here we are 50 years later... @SixFlags is killing the wrong bay area park.
