Apparently, there's a way to change that, and the biohacking expert and health consultant Tanessa Shears recently joined me on @beyond8figures to explain how to do it. Exciting stuff!💡 So, here are key takeaways from our talk that can help you ramp up your productivity: Create a sustainable routine🤝 Chasing results, we forget the power of sustainable practices. We know that sustainable growth is key in business, but why do we forget about that when it comes to our health? Aiming for quick success leads to burnout; that’s a fact. Instead, build long-term habits, choosing daily actions that ensure lasting growth, not just immediate but fleeting outcomes. Remember, steady progress trumps speed—it's about the marathon, not the sprint. Know your limits🙌 I wish someone told me about it earlier! Pushing ourselves too far is what also often leads to burnout. Tanessa emphasizes the importance of knowing your limits, and I can definitely agree. I've seen a paradoxical boost in productivity when I recognized and respected my boundaries. Why? Boundaries help to create some sort of balance between work and rest, ensuring we don't drain our batteries (as much).
