i've been building on solana for about five years now. I created SolDev in 2020/2021 to make developer information easier to discover when it wasn't available, funded ironforge when the read /write layer was in poor shape, and now I’m at jupiter.
if I weren’t building at jupiter, a place making a meaningful difference, I’d probably step away by now.
but it’s not because i stopped believing in crypto. i think crypto has a real role to play in finance and in an agentic future, not only with payments, but also with coordination and harnessing. and i believe jupiter is better positioned than most to make a big impact, one that matters.
a big part of me feels that, outside of a few companies, the industry is a bit lost right now, especially the foundations. and given how much else is happening across the software industry, i need to work extra to stay motivated around so much noise.
so i’m leaving? absolutely not. i’ll be here for many more years building, and looking forward impatiently to the industry maturing.

Today, I launched and submitted DevKits to Pumpfun's Build in Public Hackathon.
DevKits is the first real creator infrastructure built for Pumpfun.
It started with one simple idea: automation instead of manual ops.
Inspired by another launchpad's AMM-sharing model, I built an autonomous buy-and-burn wallet.
You add the burn wallet as a reward recipient, and it automatically detects which token the claim is for, buys your token with the received SOL, and permanently burns the supply, fully automated.
That system became the foundation for the platform.
DevKits now includes automated burns, reward forwarding for X, token launch tools, streaming overlays, and real-time token discovery, and this is just the start.
This is the beginning of real infrastructure for creators on Pump.

We round up 2025 with SOLDEV, an IDE that allows devs to deploy Solana programming and build tokens for as low as 0.02$ using factory deploy.
This is a working tools that is good for hackathon contestants, they get to write and deploy Solana programming.
Over the time, we’ve been working on how to improve this and make it stand out for users to test and give us a feedback. Also security auditing can be carried out on the platform as well.
This is still a work in progress and we keep improving the functions and features.

THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG THREAD.
One of the biggest problems with building on Solana today isn’t performance. It’s deployment cost. Deploying a program can cost hundreds of dollars. That kills experimentation, MVPs, hackathons, and indie builders.
On EVM chains like Base, you can deploy a contract for ~$1. On Solana, the same idea can cost $300–$800 because of rent-exempt program storage. That difference matters more than people admit.
So we asked a simple question:
What if developers didn’t need to deploy a full program every time?
What if deployment was cheap by default?
