Hi, Spicejet executives do not respond to questions and cut call when speaking to customer care. They keep on rescheduling flights and my mother has not yet reached destination. She was supposed to reach yesterday at 3:30 pm. How can I sue @flyspicejet for harassment?

@flyspicejet My baggage has been broken during unloading at Kolkata Airport on 01.06.26. I have lodged compalint at Kolkata Airport at Spicejet counter. I had been given an acknowledgement. I am waiting for a response. I have also given emails last with Case number: 10634245.

@shreeramsays Hey Shreeram! Did spicejet refund your money for the cancelled ticket?
24
And who’s going to replace them? Your SpiceJet? 😂😂😂😂 Couch activism is fine brother, but Indigo is the only airline that connects most parts of India now. Unless Air India leaves its ivory towers and focuses on customers (even they do overbooking btw) and if not for Tata group, the airline would have been bankrupt long back

I booked through you @goibibo so I am not concerned whether Spicejet gives you a refund or not. You give me the refund and deal with Spicejet. Thats not my concern.

Had a pathetic experience with @goibibo @GoibiboSupport & @flyspicejet My flight got cancelled on 28th May. Its 14th june and I am still waiting for a refund. According to goibibo when Spicejet will give they will process refund. But why is the customer suffering?

Crude at $87/bbl. Air India still rebuilding. SpiceJet struggling. IndiGo is quietly in the best position it's ever been 😐 64% domestic market share. 50 new planes in 2026. ATF = their biggest cost. Just got 30% cheaper. I track aviation from a dev angle too — their booking and ops tech is miles ahead of competitors. That moat doesn't show in balance sheets. Tracking INDIGO closely. Are you? 👇 Not SEBI registered. DYOR. #StockMarketIndia

Hi Prakash, please note that we always try our best to maintain departures as per schedule. However, at times, due to unavoidable reasons, we face delays/cancellation. As Per Reports, SpiceJet will be Boosting its Fleet by Inducting 3 Wet-Leased A320 Aircraft in July 🇮🇳 This is the 2nd Time in 2 Years that the Carrier has Resorted to Wet-Leased A320s, as it Struggles to Maintain a Sizeable Fleet. 📸 @delhijets

Source @GoogleAI : Air India, Akasa Air, SpiceJet, and Reliance Industries are the primary Indian companies actively buying and operating Boeing civilian aircraft. Driven by an unprecedented domestic aviation boom, Indian commercial carriers have heavily backed Boeing's single-aisle and widebody families. *Major Commercial Airline Buyers 1)Air India (Tata Group): In a historic aviation expansion, Air India signed a multi-billion dollar agreement to buy 220 firm Boeing jets, with options for 70 more. The order consists of 190 Boeing 737 MAX narrowbody aircraft, 20 Boeing 787 Dreamliners, and 10 Boeing 777X widebody jets.Air India exercised options to add an incremental 30 Boeing 737 MAX jets (twenty 737-8 and ten 737-10 models) to support single-aisle domestic growth. The airline is actively securing $200 million loans to acquire and operate operational Boeing 777 widebodies for its India–US routes to meet immediate demand ahead of newer deliveries. 2)Akasa Air: The ultra-low-cost carrier remains a dedicated operator of the single-aisle market by building its network entirely around a massive order pipelined with Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. 3)SpiceJet:The airline relies heavily on a core fleet pipeline consisting of the Boeing 737 MAX family for regional and major domestic routes. 4)IndiGo:While traditionally exclusive to Airbus, India's largest carrier has strategically pivoted to leasing Boeing 787 Dreamliners to scale its critical long-haul international flight routes. *Private Corporate BuyersReliance Industries: Led by billionaire Mukesh Ambani, the conglomerate purchased India's most expensive private executive corporate aircraft: a highly customized Boeing 737 MAX 9 Business Jet (BBJ) valued at over ₹1,000 crore.

#spicejet @DGCAIndia @flyspicejet ACs in the aircraft are turned off before takeoff and after landing. Only turned on when flying. Is this part of cost cutting or fuel savings? 150 ppl in a metal cabin, scorching heat, left in a suffocating plane. Please explain the reason?

I've shared the details on DM. My mother is alone and a senior citizen. Spicejet is pathetic in taking responsibility and no one picks phone on customer care. They should be sued for playing with people and taking everyone for granted. They are also not providing any food.
