@cardiffcouncil I keep reporting it, but nothing ever gets resolved. Black bags keep going out, and bin men ignore them. Either tell them to just pick them or up fine the people doing it this is the state you have chosen to leave Splott in.

Though Splott was in his previous seat, Cardiff South East. Wiki tells us this comprised: "The County Borough of Cardiff wards of Adamsdown, Grangetown, Roath, Rumney, South, and Splott."
Tories won 3 of the 4 Cardiff seats in 1983, astonishing. And all but one seat in Bristol.

The Star Centre was built under Splott Councillor Jack Brooks' leadership of South Glamorgan Council. Jack (later Lord Brooks of Tremorfa) was Jim's agent. The story goes he used to run the city from the Star! The count for my first election was there in 2012 - happy memories!
