A interesting week of weather for ⁦@TeamSportsAid#SportsAidWeek, running in Birmingham was something of a challenge, but the South Downs and St James’s Park in London all added to the variety, as well as swimming & cycling. Something every day!

Day 4 was a challenging one from a disabled athlete point of view. Snow meant I couldn’t get out the house alone making training difficult. But thanks to the support of @TeamSportsAid some home equipment meant a quick spin session was possible = 3.11 miles #sportsaidweek #mymiles

'It’s great to see SportsAid focusing on diversity & inclusion because sport is for everyone. There was a strapline a few years ago: ‘Sport For All.’ I’d probably say ‘Sport and Physical Activity For All’ but that’s never more true than now.' Tanni Grey-Thompson ⬇️#SportsAidWeek
