@SpotifyCares I can't access my account.
Email: guimaraesh517@gmail.com
It says there's no account when I log in, but also says the email is already in use when I try to sign up.
I tried resetting the password but got no email. Help?

My Spotify account was hacked and I’ve been trying to recover it for over a year. Every time I contact @SpotifyCares, they tell me to email support@spotify.com — but no one ever replies. I’ve sent multiple emails. I feel helpless. Please help me. 🙏 #SpotifyHelp #HackedAccount

Having issues with @Spotify: After one song, playback stops and won’t move to the next. Freezes after two ads (free version). Tried clearing cache, using Wi-Fi and data, and reinstalling the app—still the same problem. Any solutions? #SpotifyHelp
