Here's a Spring Break 3-1-1 on liquids in your carry-on! Any item you can spread, smear, spray or spill must be 3.4 oz or less, fit in 1-quart size bag, and 1 bag per passenger is allowed. Larger size liquids need to be in your checked bags. #SpringBreakTravelTips
