#Springveg is here. Sublime. But beware what you pair w/ the #asparagus - it contains the sulphurous amino acid methionine, which combined w/ its grassy flavour, can make wines taste vegetal & weird. Avoid oaky wines & wines w/ a lot of tannin. A citrusy, herbal white is nice!
