AM: 8:30 Trainer; Stairs 😳, back & biceps 💪 ; walk 3 miles fast pace today.
PM: Work-12:30-7:30 pm, Shoulder PT Exercises
Menu: Beef Bone Broth, Beef & Chorizo Meatball Omelette, Teres Major Steak, Kimchi
I usually split lifting 🏋️♀️ and cardio 🏃♀️ by 4-6 hrs but today I’m doing back to back in order to get ready for work. Took on a Stepbit 5 wk 6 day walk challenge …got to get it done.
