Happy Friday!
Here are the 5 most interesting crypto fundraises for the week ending 6/12/26. We have some massive rounds this week!
1) NEURA Robotics
Humanoid robotics maker
@NEURARobotics raised up to $1.4B in a Series C led by Tether, with participation from Nvidia, Qualcomm, Amazon, and others.
NEURA is building the "Physical AI" platform with onchain wallets and edge AI runtime baked in.
Tether will embed its Wallet Development Kit into NEURA robots for self-custody wallets and deploy its QVAC edge-AI runtime in the Neuraverse for local inference and automatic settlement.
Crypto physical machines is here.
2) Morpho
DeFi lending protocol
@Morpho raised $175M in a funding round led by Paradigm, a16z crypto, and Ribbit Capital with participation from everyone and their mother.
The raise is structured as a token round priced at the average monthly MORPHO price, valuing the protocol at up to $2B; Co-Founder Merlin Egalite called it "the largest raise in DeFi history".
Morpho has roughly $6.6B in TVL across 37 chains, powers lending for Coinbase, Kraken, Anchorage, and Galaxy, and is closing the gap on Aave's ~$12B TVL.
3) Canton Network
Privacy-first institutional L1
@CantonNetwork (Digital Asset) raised $355M in a funding round led by a16z crypto, with participation from everyone and their mother.
Canton has reportedly supported $6T in tokenized issuance to date. Proceeds will go to partnerships, M&A, and ecosystem expansion.
Almost every major dealer, custodian, and exchange operator is on the cap table, a growing signal that "permissioned, interoperable" blockchains, not public L1s, are where regulated capital markets are actually landing. Ugh.
4) EDGE Markets
Prediction market infrastructure
@edge_marketsio raised $29.2M in a Series A round led by CoinFund, with participation from Mantis VC (The Chainsmokers), StepStone Group, Bullpen Capital, and Indicator Ventures.
The capital will launch EDGE Pro (high-throughput deposit accounts for market makers on CFTC-regulated exchanges) and EDGE Connect (a payment rail for gaming and prediction markets that claims >70% lower processing costs vs. traditional rails). The company is also applying for IB and FCM licenses from the NFA.
5) AI Pay with Crypto
AI-native payment infrastructure
@aipaywithcrypto (APC) raised $10M in a funding round from Animoca Brands, Titans Ventures, Castrum Capital, and others.
APC lets autonomous AI agents and users execute crypto payments, settle in programmable stablecoins, and plug into real-world rails like QR, POS, and fiat on/off ramps.
This fundraise will be aimed at scaling its AI payment infrastructure for global users and AI economic entities.
