Changing the LittleFS storage.bin could be fun. I'll share a firmware downloader shortly for anyone else that wants to play along seeing how Stickerbox works. TBH I'm a bit skeeved out by the microphone, and want to check the endpoint abilities.

Mid-dump of StickerBox ESP32 firmware.
I've been super busy... but I finally got a chance to try to dump the STM32-S3 on the StickerBox. Wound up not needing the pinout at all, found the proper header, dropped the board down to 3v3 UART, and shorted IO0 to GND (on the debut header), now I'm good to go!
