Shameful act, a man dumped dogs by the roadside, Dirmil 🇹🇷
Thanks to conscientious locals the number plate was noted, he’ll be found and face a significant fine.
Well done to everyone who helped, the pups are safe🐾❤️

4 puppies and a litttle older dog that acts like the mama but isn’t dumped like trash. Marlene with @forgottenpetadv couldn’t just leave them to defend for themselves so she went and rescued them all. All super sweet up for adoption. Houston TX area #StopDumpingDogs
