This is a damming article. In our case we had NO customer complaints No money lost and huge profits for customers. StraightPath was an exempt reporting private pre ipo fund NOT an investment advisory company however we were indicted and convicted for investment advisor fraud!!! Motion of limine filed by the SDNY did not allow us to defend ourselves!! They need to be demanding answers .. why did the receiver sell the SpaceX position before the IPO date ..
