ボイスレコーダー（スマホでも良いけどバッテリーもあるので専用機器の方が良いかも）で1日録音して、それをAIに投げて「時系列でタスクログを作成して」と依頼してそれをベースに依頼するとよいかもですね。 専用機器だと時刻も出してくれるので尚よいかも。 GoogleAIStudioのStreamRealtimeを使うとPCの画面とマイクをAIに共有しながら作業出来るので、そこで「私の作業を見ながら改善や効率化出来そうな事があれば教えて」と依頼しておくのもアリかもですね。
