Women feeling safer than before. Connectivity opening up employment that wasn't there. Education infrastructure that's visibly changed. And then she said the one thing that summarises the last 8 years better than any data point: UP went from a mafia model to an investment model.
That shift doesn't happen by accident. And it doesn't get said on camera by someone with no stake in saying it unless it's actually true.
