Strix Halo vs PTL is a much more sketchy comparison than PTL vs Strix Point. Halo has a much larger package AFAIK and requires more memory chips given its 256 bit memory bus. StrixPoint and PTL-12Xe are both pretty standard 128-bit packages.

EPYC用Zen5c CCDの不明瞭で若干傾いたダイショット拾ってきたのでstrixpointの5cと適当に比較した(全体を86平方ミリと置いた)
L2とFPU抜き面積は1.35と1.45で意外と近い(N3EはN3Bほどの密度ではないらしいのでこんなものか？)
FPU面積は0.75と0.59で、Zen5 CCDと同等のスループットのものと考えられる

StrixPointのせいで自作に興味失ってたけど「Ncase T1」なるケース見てたらまたモチベ湧いてきた
で･･･CPUをArrow → でも鳴潮120張り付きむずい → D5-6400 OCで誤魔化す → マザボZ890 ITX → ASRですらM.2 2280が上限 → あれ？Optane P4801Xが挿せない？
結局モチベなくなった
ITXで22110くれ

arm系のSoCはチップレット（だよな？）で、intelのCPUもチップレット、となるとAPUもチップレットで作り始める気はするよな、StrixPointデカすぎだし、
LPコア導入し始めるみたいだし、
モバイルゲーミング向けにもGPUだけデカくしやすいから有利だろうし、
チップレットAPU見てみたいなー
