I rarely talk about it - its the power user of power users features. I didn't want to clobber the existing file search in Claude Code, so I put it behind // instead of @ inside the CLI -- its hidden. But it's one of my most used features and one of the reasons I can't imagine not using Subspace. You can type // from anywhere (agents, comments, terminal) to autocomplete files, slash commands, skills, mcps, shell commands, mention workspaces, etc.

Custom Autocomplete UI for files, skills, mcps, shell commands, etc. was one of the first features I built into Subspace from the earliest days. I improve it constantly. It has gotten really really good, and fast. Here's one very obvious example (video) of how much better it is than Claude Code's default search In Claude Code, I have to type the full file name before it even shows up as the 3rd option. With Subspace's autocomplete i type // `ag` enter.
