How to stop leaving it to chance:
Shrink the goal: Don't aim for a 2-hour workout. Aim to put on your gym shoes.
Ignore the "Results" (for now):
Focus on the streak. The goal isn't the 10kg loss; the goal is the 30-day "no missed days" X on your calendar.
Build "If/Then" Bridges: If I feel too tired to write 1,000 words, then I will write 50. Just don't break the chain.
Stop waiting for the lightning bolt. Build the lightning rod.
