@Sony) subsidiary Amber Japan will be renamed S.BLOX. S.BLOX plans to promote collaboration with various businesses within the group and create new added value in the field of
#crypto asset trading services. S.BLOX was formerly the Japanese trading platform
#DeCurret, which was acquired by the Singapore market maker Amber Group's (
@ambergroup_io) subsidiary in February 2022, and subsequently acquired by Sony Group's wholly-owned subsidiary
#Quetta Web in August 2023.
Previously, Sony Group had acquired Amber Japan, entering the crypto trading platform sector. Currently, Sony's businesses include gaming, music, cameras, and more, with a market value exceeding $100 billion.
2️⃣Telegram mini-app developers can now use Stars to get TON rewards or ad discounts
Developers of mini applications on the messaging platform Telegram (
@telegram) can now swap Telegram
#Stars for
#TONCOIN, the native token of The Open Network, or discounted Telegram advertisements.
The move comes nearly a month after Telegram first introduced Stars, which are exchangeable virtual points, in early June. Users purchase a certain amount of Stars for fiat currency to use within mini-apps, and now developers have an avenue for swapping them for
#cryptocurrency.
