To the SydPath car which ran a red light and almost hit me (I jumped back in time and it missed me by less than 1ft) AT A PEDESTRIAN CROSSING and then almost backed into someone else when they realised there were cars approaching them - get in the damn sea.

Thanks for your support. The heavy lifting is done by diagnostic units and surveillance units at NSW Health and Units like Sydpath in our state. For tracking variants testing is changing here and globally. Surveillance needs support in this setting. Without it we fly blind.

As the article says the arrangements for pooled testing were endorsed by the lab regulator. However its clear that most labs, including St Vincent’s Sydney (‘Sydpath’) did not plan sufficiently for how testing would need to change once the prevalence of positive tests increased.

Not the only one I lined up (along with 100’s more cars) for 3 hrs at the SydPath one on MurrayFarm Rd Carlingord for 3 hrs - did not open. Tried Hisopath one at West Pennant Hills cars backed up along Pennant Hills Rd at least 5 kms. Total shambles @Dom_Perrottet

Is SydPath a privately owned path lab at St Vincents? Genuine question. Seems alot of things have been outsourced and are failing their contracts

I thought we banned the use of "unprecedented" in 2020. 5 days and still waiting on PCR results from #SydPath and they send this... 🥲

I just called #Sydpath and they said they are only up to 24th Dec tests. There is currently a 6 day turnaround for covid results 🤦🏻♂️ I don’t think they were open Xmas day which helps a little.
