ZephyrRTOSでnrf52、~1mAほどの電流増加は、800usごとの周期的消費電流パルス、SystemViewでISRを含むイベントを見てもイベント自体が発生していない、ADXL362はその周期で40uAほど消費してる、SPIがEasyDMAで動いているが予想する原因、だけど...
