A new online certified copy system will be launched next week. Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, Eli Zakour, said motorists will be able to go online, pay, and receive their certified copy in the mail or at ttconnect locations.

Why is the language on ttconnect so unnecessarily verbose? Unnecessarily dense and unclear language can confuse readers and hinder the use of a tool. “New clients desirous of acquiring…can do so by” Vs “Please must submit xyz to abc”
