Registration is open for NJRC’s Summer Training Institute (STI), offered in partnership with NJCCC and HCCC.
STI provides over 400 court-involved young adults with access to USDOL/NJDOL-recognized training programs leading to industry-recognized credentials and new career pathways.
Training opportunities include HVAC, welding, phlebotomy, construction, OSHA 30, forklift operation, scaffold safety, flagger certification, fall prevention, lockout/tagout, solar installation, green construction, peer recovery, recovery coach training, CPR, Microsoft Basics, and digital literacy.
STI has achieved a 98 percent graduation rate and a 76 percent employment rate, demonstrating the impact of skills-based training, recognized credentials, and direct pathways to employment.
