🇺🇸 Happy Flag Day, Team SFS! Today marks 250 years since the Continental Congress adopted the Stars and Stripes on June 14, 1777. That flag didn’t just represent 13 colonies. It stood for a bold idea: a nation where free people govern themselves under God, with liberty and justice for all. To me, the American flag has always meant everything. As a kid watching pond hockey in Minnesota, it flew at every rink. As a young Marine and Navy SEAL, I saluted it on nine deployments across 70 countries, knowing I was fighting to keep that banner flying for the next generation. Today, as your endorsed Republican nominee for U.S. Senate, it reminds me why I’m running: to defend the republic those stripes and stars represent — secure borders, strong defense, constitutional rights, and an America First agenda that puts We The People first. While we were out there, I made sure to cast my “bean vote” in support of bringing back our true historical Minnesota state flag, the one that was replaced without any real vote or say from the people of Minnesota. Last night’s US Senate Forum in Faribault was the last forum before the State Convention — and it had a strong turnout for Southern Minnesota!
