Developers are hooked on the “luxury builds” teet, and completely ignore a very viable market, across the economic spectrum.
People from all stages of life, simply want housing they can afford & sustain!

Does Nyone know Y Etrade was down shortly after OpenBell for 2.5 HRs til 11 AM CentrlTime? I called Etrade: Its Emergency Trading Team was DISASTROUS, couldn't place my $IGPK Trades, so I lost out! Said other Brokerags were having TechProbs. BUT my Think/Swim worked FineALLday!😨

Probably #Metaverse is not a solution to everything even to techprobs. Users actually don’t need it, all they need is highly optimised userflow escaping hindrances.
