Dear
@amazonIN @amazon
After 6–7 years as a Prime member, I've finally understood what "Prime" means: Prime Disappointment.
In the last month, 4 out of my last 5 orders have turned into a comedy series. An absolute pathetic service by
@amazonIN
Episode 1: Birthday gift perfume for my dad.
- Out for delivery.
- Delivery agent behaves like my location is an unexplored continent.
- His Phone switched off by 4.30 ,not attempted any delivery.
- Order cancelled the next day.
- amazon always have beautiful reasons for cancellations
Great start.
Episode 2: ESR MagSafe Wallet.
Package delivered.
Wallet missing.
Customer care places replacement.
Plot twist:
Delivery agent refuses pickup because the item is missing... which was the entire reason for the return.
Replacement gets returned too.
Refund still missing after 5 days.
At this point, even Netflix would reject this script for being unrealistic.
Episode 3: Ordered the same wallet again.
Out for delivery by 2 PM.
Not delivered by 6 PM.
Agent says he'll reach only after an hour.
Calls me 15 minutes later while I'm briefly away.
I call back within 5 minutes and even offer to wait at the junction.
Refuses to return.
Hangs up saying, "I'll deliver today." As he felt frustrated after i tried calling him 2 times
Current time: 11:45 PM.
Status: Item returned to hub.
Even after his mistake,even after i offered him help , he got frustrated,
@amazonIn , just think about my frustration after all this , even I am paying for your prime service
Customer care's favorite dialogue: "We assure you this won't happen again."
I've heard that line so many times that it should be included in Amazon Prime Video subtitles.
Speaking of Prime Video, that service has become a mess too.
So here's my final order:
Process my pending refunds.
Cancel Prime.
Delete my Amazon account.
Congratulations
@amazon . You've achieved something remarkable.
You've made me trust local shops more than the world's largest e-commerce company.
I know even after writing these much , I won't get any solution,
