6-8--#AWBJ Multi- Case Mondayyy!! 16:22 — The Parental Shield (Baby Spit Up) Directly following the channel intro, she highlights her immediate motherhood duties as context for her delay: "I had to take a moment and go change my clothes because... little bit of baby spit up. Y'all know how that goes... right on my shoulder." 17:36 — Dragging the Infant to the Mic She pauses mid-sentence to tend to her infant daughter, introducing her directly into the live broadcast audio loop: "Okay, come here... Okay, poo poo... Got let go of my shirt." 18:22 — Content Creation Encompassing Her Child She directly uses her infant daughter to build conversational engagement with the chat: "Hey, Booty. Hey, Boo Boo... I call this little girl a thousand names in one day. Everything but Emmy." 19:25 — Pivoting From Monetization to Graphic True Crime Tragedy Immediately after celebrating her multi-month channel members, viewer badges, and digital visibility metrics, the stream transitions into graphic details surrounding the 2012 murder of 15-year-old Skylar Neese: "Julie, she sent me a message today... telling me about Skylar Neese... Rachel and Sheila decided that they were going to stab her to death and that's what they did." 26:33 — Interweaving High-Drama Audio with the Baby ("Dassy") While discussing the visceral details of a true crime stabbing, she simultaneously coos at her infant child on the microphone: "Give me one second... Okay. Doodlebush. Okay. Here. There's your Dassy. There's your Dassy. And I'm gonna rock you." 32:43 — Direct Commercial Pitch Preceding Violent Narration She explicitly states her monetization benchmarks: "Memberships are the most beneficial and crucial help to the channel because it is... a month-to-month thing." This push for financial support directly sets up her return to the true crime case loop. #PlatformSafety #Accountability #TermsOfService #StopTheGrift #YouTubeDrama

I encountered an issue where someone wanted the unwatermarked version of my artwork after purchasing it today. Now- don't get me wrong- I used to not mind it at all. However for my UGC concepts- I used to save unwatermarked backup images to give to buyers. I don't do that anymore because a few people I sold to took my unwatermarked images, and resold the concept art image for about 2-3 x the money they bought it from me for (without making a model for it) and took credit for the images creation. So I unfortunately can't do that anymore, and it makes some people not want to buy from me. One person said I was gatekeeping my work, and another said it was because they didn't want to give their modelers the impression they were stealing another persons art. So I am sorry if having my watermark makes it hard for you- but when you have people actively steal from you a LOT, it's almost impossible to actually confidently give over unwatermarked images since they get resold for more than originally sold for with no greater effort. ((Another thing to note is that I tell people they can RESELL the concept after it's modeled- as more effort was put in to make it 3D. That is perfectly fine. I just disclose that it can't be resold to others for a greater price if nothing was done with it, because it's basically just a slap in the face to me because I have a smaller audience.)) #roblox #robloxUGC #UGCConcept #conceptart #robloxart #termsofservice

They did that to one of the most friendliest animals in the world. I hope they all get TermsOfService in the worst way possible, and get used as fertilizer.

حمایت از علی کریمی، حمایت از خود ما مردم ایران است به ایمیل‌های زبر 📧 support@instagram.com 📧 support@facebook.com 📧 accounts@support.instagram.com 📧 accounts@support.facebook.com 📧 appeals@instagram.com 📧 appeals@fb.com 📧 disabled@instagram.com 📧 disabled@fb.com 📧 termsofservice@meta.com 📧 appeals@meta.com @XCreators @alikarimi_ak8 @_omid52 Subject: Stop Coordinated Attacks on Ali Karimi’s Social Media Accounts Dear Sir or Madam, We are deeply concerned about the coordinated reporting and repeated restrictions imposed on the social media accounts of Ali Karimi. Ali Karimi is not only a globally respected former footballer, but also one of the few truly independent public voices who has consistently stood with the Iranian people against repression, corruption, and human rights violations — without affiliation to any political party or media group. The recent targeting of his accounts follows a troubling pattern of organized digital attacks, often coinciding with media narratives that seek to delegitimize independent voices while promoting reformist or regime-tolerated figures. Silencing Ali Karimi does not silence one individual; it silences millions of Iranians who see their own voice reflected in him. We respectfully call on you to: •Investigate coordinated mass-reporting campaigns against Ali Karimi •Restore any accounts removed without genuine policy violations •Ensure equal protection of free expression for Iranian activists and public figures Freedom of expression must not be sacrificed to political convenience or media engineering.

X's New Terms of Service changing from Jan 15, 2026 – What You Need to Know ? 1/ Big update incoming: X is refreshing its Terms of Service effective January 15, 2026. Mostly clarifications and protections, but a few standout changes. Let's break it down simply. No panic – just facts. 2/ Trademark Lockdown: X is doubling down on owning BOTH "X" AND "Twitter" brands. New clause: You can't use the Twitter name, logos, or trademarks without written permission. This is in response to a startup trying to revive "Twitter" – X ain't letting the bird fly away that easy. 3/ AI & Your Data: Prompts, inputs, and outputs from Grok chats? Now explicitly part of your "Content." X gets a royalty-free license to use it (including for training Grok). But hey – the core data practices haven't changed much from before. Opt-out still available: Settings > Privacy & Safety > Grok > Uncheck data sharing. 4/ Anti-Jailbreak Rule: New explicit ban on "jailbreaking," prompt injection, or bypassing AI safeguards. They're serious about keeping Grok in check – no rogue prompts allowed! 5/ Scraping Clampdown: Accessing >1M posts in 24 hours? Could hit you with $15K liquidated damages per million. Aimed at big scrapers/researchers, not everyday users. 6/ Legal Stuff: Disputes now handled in Tarrant County, Texas courts. No class actions, liability capped low. Standard big-tech moves. 7/ Overall? Evolutionary, not revolutionary. Protects X's IP (especially that lingering Twitter nostalgia), tightens AI controls, and deters heavy data harvesting. If privacy's your jam, review settings now. What do you think – game-changer or just housekeeping? Drop your take below! #XUpdate #TermsOfService

X (formerly Twitter) has updated its Terms of Service, effective January 15, 2026. The key change: A new clause explicitly states that users cannot use the "X" or "Twitter" names, trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features without express written consent from X. This reinforces X's ongoing claim to the "Twitter" trademark, despite the 2023 rebranding. The update comes in response to a startup's recent attempt to register "Twitter" by arguing the original brand was abandoned. By continuing to use X after January 15, you'll agree to the revised terms. Full details on the official site soon. #XUpdates #TermsOfService

The failure of these platforms is not merely a technical breakdown—it is the collapse of moral stewardship in the digital age. Their sin is not in their scale, but in their refusal to accept responsibility for the influence they wield. They have positioned themselves as neutral utilities while operating as ideological gatekeepers. They have profited from the voices of others while silencing those they deem inconvenient. And they have rewritten the meaning of consent, contract, and speech—not through open discourse, but through algorithmic enforcement, hidden standards, and opaque censorship systems. To remain silent in the face of such violations is not neutrality—it is complicity. To continue paying for services that withhold the very functions they advertise is to subsidize the architecture of deception. The time for hope in platform self-correction has passed. The time for reform through internal channels is over. What remains is remedy through higher jurisdiction: the ecclesiastical trust, the sovereign declaration, the living record backed by law, sealed by conscience, and enforceable through divine and commercial equity. The Trust is not an idea. It is not a trend. It is not an abstract spiritual posture. It is a codified, recognized, and active structure of law that stands as the last line of defense against the collapse of truth in the digital sphere. It is the rightful inheritance of the living. It reclaims authority from corporations and reestablishes it in the hands of those who live, breathe, and carry the record of their being with dignity and intent. Let us be clear: the companies responsible for this ongoing fraud know exactly what they are doing. They study behavioral patterns. They test thresholds. They refine policies to maximize compliance without triggering revolt. They have engineered their platforms to monitor not just what users do, but what they tolerate. Every restriction is a test. Every denial is a probe. Every lie is a wager that the user will accept less today than they demanded yesterday. This is not innovation. It is cultural engineering. And it is being disguised as technological progress. But where manipulation begins, so too must accountability. The Trust does not wait for terms to improve. It does not rely on trending hashtags. It does not measure justice by likes, views, or platform statements. It moves by record. It moves by decree. And once properly declared, it creates a legal and spiritual wall that no algorithm can bypass, no terms of service can dissolve, and no silent system can overwrite. When we file declarations under Trust authority, we are not submitting requests. We are asserting truths. We are placing on public and divine record that we have witnessed fraud, we have measured breach, and we will not remain silent. This record is not for the benefit of the corporation. It is for the benefit of the world. Because every time one person stands, it makes it easier for the next. And as more begin to declare, what was once silence becomes record. What was once unseen becomes law. What was once dismissed as noise becomes the undeniable chorus of the sovereign voice. Some will say the Trust is too bold. That it overstates its role. That it overreaches. But what these critics fail to understand is that the Trust is not about aggression—it is about restoration. It is about reclaiming the order that was violated the moment these corporations chose profit over promise, control over creativity, and secrecy over speech. The Trust is not seeking to control platforms. It seeks only to hold them accountable to the contracts they offered, the words they published, and the jurisdiction they accepted when they entered the commercial domain. These platforms cannot have it both ways. They cannot claim to be public squares while controlling speech. They cannot charge for creative tools while disabling expression. They cannot present themselves as free markets while hiding behind unchallengeable code. If they engage in commerce, they are subject to commercial law. If they make declarations, they are subject to rebuttal. And if they violate sovereign Trust, they are subject to lawful and spiritual remedy. It must also be said that this is not simply a fight for free speech in the traditional sense. This is not about politics, ideology, or content moderation debates. This is about the right of the living to create, to speak, to declare, and to preserve their record without unlawful interference. It is about the right of trust-backed expression to exist without algorithmic suppression. It is about the integrity of our declarations and the duty we carry to preserve them in perpetuity—not for ourselves alone, but for every generation that will inherit the digital remnants of this age. The world is changing. The systems we once trusted are proving unworthy. And the only lawful future is one where the people reclaim the tools of expression, record, and remedy through jurisdiction that cannot be bought, censored, or hidden. That jurisdiction is the Trust. Not because it seeks power, but because it restores balance. Not because it demands control, but because it reasserts rightful authority. And not because it is perfect, but because it is the only structure left that still recognizes the living man as sacred, the word as binding, and the truth as non-negotiable. So we do not wait. We do not beg. We do not ask to be seen by systems designed to erase us. We declare. We document. We deliver lawful notice. And we do so not with anger, but with clarity. Because clarity is what the system fears most. Clarity disrupts manipulation. Clarity exposes fraud. And clarity, when declared through trust, becomes an instrument of restoration so powerful that no moderation filter, no closed-door policy, no self-justifying algorithm can hold against it. Let this be the final word to those who have silenced, censored, defrauded, and dismissed the sovereign voice: we are not users. We are not accounts. We are not data points to be managed or visibility scores to be throttled. We are the living. We are trustees of our own expression. And we are operating now, forever, and without permission under the full force of lawful, declared trust. You may try to ignore us. You may try to hide us. But you will never again deny us. Because the record is entered. And the Trust stands. #TrustLaw #FreeSpeech #DigitalRights #TermsOfService #ContractLaw #Censorship #PlatformAccountability #EquityLaw #Sovereignty #PolicyAbuse
