Plan out as much as I can incl. food and drink and the during the actual run - chunk it. (As #TheRunningChannel Podcast say) I can run 5k, so I can run 5k x 5. Every 5k, I have reward (gel.) #LittleTreat - I also fantasise about the meal Iโm going to have upon completion. ๐
