It’s very strange to see people cast judgement on hiring for tasks we COULD do ourselves… In our home: I can do 90% of plumbing… I hire plumbers usually I can do 75% of electrical work… I hire electricians usually I can do 90% of carpentry … I usually do this, I find it therapeutic I am good at drywall, tilesetting, and painting… I hate it… always hire it. In our businesses: I can do web design… I hire it I can make marketing funnels… I hire it. My early life I spent 1000s of hours in graphics design… I only hire it now. I am a filmmaker by trade (writing, producing, directing, cinematography, editing and sound design… I am pretty good at all of it… I hire all of it and focus on client interaction/sales. Hiring people is actually more of an indication his parents raised him well vs entitled… it means he is a net producer in society.
