I believe it is totally fair for you as a business owner to have pr standards. And nobody should be upset with that. 💗

And make sure they know that. If they get upset, that's not your fault. You are setting the standards for your brand and your hard earned money. I know a brand that only works with creators with over 5k following and an engagement rate of 3.5 at the min. Nothing wrong with that.

I'm not a brand. However I totally understand where you're coming from!! I would set a limit for how much engagement a person must have within their range of followers. That way you feel comfortable paying someone with low following, but really high engagement! And vise versa.
