RWAs looping is kind of subprime 2.0 with extra steps. Tokenize real estate or long bonds and lever it up? You’re just manufacturing duration risk on illiquid assets that can’t exit cleanly. As of today, the only loop that actually makes sense is short-term receivables financing: high velocity cycles (money turns every 7-30-60 days), portfolio diversification across hundreds or thousands of invoices, and natural self-liquidation. Everything else is just hoping the music never stops
