Quantum computers cracking crypto keys isn’t sci-fi anymore. 🚨👌
Stellar just dropped their Quantum Preparedness Plan, a clear 3 stage roadmap to handle it without forcing everyone into messy migrations.
They start this year by baking post-quantum signatures straight into Soroban for smart contract accounts.
By 2027 they’ll let classic accounts add quantum safe signers while keeping the same address and full history.
The clever bit is how they’re leaning on Stellar’s existing separation between account identity and signing keys.
How fast do you think quantum threats actually become real for normal users holding crypto?
It’s a phased, realistic approach with community input planned on the harder parts like dormant accounts.
What’s your take, should more chains be publishing plans like this already?

A quantum migration shouldn't force you to re-issue tokenized assets or re-paper every system that references your accounts.
On Stellar, the account will keep its address and history. Only the signing key changes while the holdings and integrations around them stay put.

The updated Sl8 Wallet functionality is now available.
Completely redesigned asset screen.
Tap on any asset to open a brand-new interface with a 24-hour price chart and detailed market information, including the current price, 24-hour high and low, trading volume, market capitalization, circulating supply, bid/ask spread, liquidity, and more. Everything is neatly organized into tabs, while Send and Swap are always within easy reach. The chart will begin displaying correctly 24 hours after the update.
Precious metals in the RWA (Real-World Assets) section.
You can now buy gold, silver, and other assets using USDC, XLM, or other tokens and, if you wish, send them to staking with a single tap.
Synced address book.
Your saved addresses are now linked to your account and automatically synchronized across all your devices. You can add, edit, and rename them.
Hide unwanted tokens.
Assets you no longer use can now be removed from the list. At the same time, the system will not allow you to hide tokens that are currently in staking or a liquidity pool.
Updated liquidity pool deposit screen.
The process of adding liquidity has become simpler and more intuitive, with additional options for configuring the acceptable price slippage during a transaction.
Fixes:
• Improved reliability of buttons in pop-up windows on mobile devices.
• Fixed the brief "No assets" message that could appear while the wallet was loading.
• Asset information no longer jumps while prices are being refreshed.
• Small staking amounts are now displayed correctly.

What if several influencers also launch their own tokens? For example, with total proceeds from their Initial Sales amounting to $500,000?
That would mean $250,000 would be spent to purchase $SSLX on the market to form the initial liquidity pools for these new tokens.
