We're out of the office and in the field with Armelle Jung and her team from Des Requins et des Hommes. They recently fastened a VR2Tx Innovasea receiver to the hull of a sailboat as part of an ongoing experiment to gather detections outside of their fixed receiver network for their tagged Porbeagle sharks. ⛵️ 🦈 Sailing around the United Kingdom, Ireland, and France, they also planned to share any detections they picked up outside their study with the appropriate researcher to assist teams in mapping the species' migration patterns, offering new insights into their movement and behavior.  📸 Photos courtesy of Armelle Jung, Amélie Conty, Arthur Ory, Clémence Lescop, and Timon Moreau.
