Start To Finish 452 Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve: Paton Peak Road This gravel road starts on the Seymour Valley Trailway around the 9.5k mark. It is just over 500 meters in length and a steep climb for the last half of it. The road ends at the trailhead for the Paton Peak hiking trail. This one is now checked off as done. THE OLD SCHOOL 12: The property is located at 164 Ashburton Avenue with two parking lots and sits on an approximately 0.86-acre parcel. WHAT A DEAL: Yonkers sold the land and building to the developer for $500,000 The site fronts on Ashburton Avenue across from the intersection with Jones Place, with the Old Croton Aqueduct Trailway running along the rear of the site. The project will preserve and adaptively reuse the existing improvements to create a 29-unit new and affordable residential apartments. The unit mix is 1 studio, 15 one-bedroom, 8 two-bedroom, and 5 three-bedroom apartments. The existing 37 parking spaces would be reduced to 20 to create some green space. The existing gymnasium would be split into two levels to increase floor space available for new apartments and would accommodate six units designed specifically to be ADA accessible. It took me over 25 years to unravel the code's many layers and reach its core. So, humans can take the trophy on this major revelation. By unveiling the code, the author of the code becomes apparent, not by some kind of assumptive association but, rather, by signatures left in the code by the programmer. The "Universe Program Code" (UPC), I've named it. Oh, you never heard of it? That's because no one actually gives a damn about it. People like to associate these types of things to scientists who are tenured at an Ivy League school or to celebrity scientists. People expect large laboratories or big PR campaigns. Nah, I did it mostly in quiet to ascertain if what I was unraveling was actual, and not just some meandering trailway into confusion.
