@TrainSplit Hiya, the app seems to freeze on the iOS27 beta when you attempt to scroll on the train selection

Get the trainsplit app. It does it for you

That's why you buy from a retailer which lets you pick your booked seats, like TrainSplit.

I'd usually use trainsplit to avoid Trainline's fees.

CIV Tickets. £25 Eurostar connect ticket seemed to get withdrawn several years ago. But I've just found it's possible on @TrainSplit - search London International CIV. £31 compared to £131 normally. Knowing niche things like this is an obstacle to the average traveller.

Customer services were stellar, probably the best booking app in terms of ease of contact. No battling with an AI chatbot, simple email and even got a reply on the weekend!!!!!! 😮

I can see the issue I had on the weekend has already been fixed!!! The issue I was having is the small little rectangle that tells you it’s a table seat wasn’t there. Then we also had payment issues with double charging and stripe fault but credit where credits due 1/2

I do use them already, only for this reason. Many people don't however, because of a certain platform and their through the roof advertising budget. Best way to know when the Government is even considering rail ticketing reform is to look at Trainline's stock price 🤣🤣

Yeah I reccomended them further up. Trainsplit are good, just sometimes goes a bit weird, especially around table seats. They can nock some crazy amounts off your fares tho. @davwheat_

Highly recommend @TrainSplit , they let you pick seats on a map on most services, including those who usually only use preference based.

Their own platform. But @TrainSplit allows you to do the same too (and has the worlds craziest splitsave system, which is both scary and bloody amazing). Trainsplit will allow you to use their map to book seats on GWR, however it’s rather unclear where tables are sometimes..

Wait, raileasy is family owned? How exactly does that work? Do they just issue a fictional fare that's the total cost of the split or something? (I'm nowadays only using trainsplit unless I want it on ITSO)

Please never ever remove this feature 🙏 the exact reason I always book with TrainSplit now. That and it's super easy to change advance single tickets to a different time (unlike Avanti who wanted to charge me £10 the difference per train despite it being the same booking)
