5-question QUIZ: What is more important? 1. Reps OR Intensity/Load? 2. Technique OR Tempo? 3. Sets OR Rest time? 4. Exercise Selection OR Rate of Exercise Change? 5. Number of Exercises OR Exercise Order? I have selectively PAIRED 10 key variables I am teaching about in my current courses on YouTube Membership... and a few more... The QUESTION seems SIMPLE… but it’s a TRAP, so don't go there unprepared ⛔️ It’s like saying: -What is more important? Width or length of a rectangle? An answer for this 2D question seems to depend on the point of view in 3D… A figure lying „square” in the centre of a rectangular table looks like a completely different figure if you sit on a very low cube 😁😉 at the 90-degree corner of that table. Puns intended 😇 JUST IMAGINE THAT 🤔 But a square is a square. You can only see its true shape looking directly from above. RAISE ABOVE as they say! 🤫 Imagine a rectangular or square basement of a building. Its shape must accurately serve its purpose, considering the areas for the garden, car park, and pavement, be adequate to the height and structure of the building, etc., and to be within the allowed area of the premises. Question is: Which variables and principles are a priority to LEARN, and in what order do we learn the remaining ones? More on that soon.
